A couple of days agao, Verizon "updated" our DVR and now it has a new look. My husband are over 50 and we both have difficulty reading the light blue screen with small white letters. On top of that we are told we cannot increase the font or revert back to our old color and font. Also, they had to ship us what appears to be refurbished DVRs because the ones we had stopped working. This is the 2nd time they had to send us a new DVR and we lost all our recorded programming, and our remotes do not work properly with the new DVRs. Does anyone else have this problem?
You can try hitting Menu on the remote then Settings then Video Settings then Graphics Settings then try SD or HD and see if that helps.
