$200 credit for contract renewal

Message 1 of 2

I believe this recent google product promotion is indeed a scam. I’ve spent the last two days trying to “redeem” the credit with no results. Trying to do so through the email I received was fruitless as was spending over an hour on the phone over the last couple nights. During the most recent call I was transferred around from department to department and repeatedly placed on hold. According to the email I received the credit is due to expire. Based on the number of similar complaints I saw when I googled(ironic huh?) the issue combined with the obstinance ive encountered trying to resolve I’m cant help but believe that the whole thing is intentional.
