I recently bought a condo that was already fully wired and Fios enabled. I was told by the sales agent that the Activation Fee would be fully waived. Just received my first bill and it includes Fios Internet Activation Fee @ $69.99 Payment 1 of 3!
Can't get a hold of an agent to get a refund.
