This isn't the right place to complain, you are going to redirect me to the complain department which is not existent or vasically inpossible to penetrate.
If I start the process to sign up for verizon services the process is a right away thing.
If I want to cancel, the process is endless.
My reasons are:
The bill increases month by month, cent by cent so that I don't feel or notice it.
I want to cancell the phone part of my service but I have to jump several hoops.
I have researched to find out how much would it be for just internet access with out getting answer.
E-mail me the answers that I need now.
