Bill is to high

    I have been paying about $183.00 a month but on august 21 the amount will be $631.65  I have been a customer for over 20 years and I am disabled and receive only $1000.00 per month, so why the increase.  I will probably end up in the mental health clinic because I can not pay this bill!
