Billing issue

I had fios Installed May 29. My first bill was $172. During this first month of service I added Multi room dvr on June 11 to be exactly.  The rep I spoke with stated my new monthly payment will be $185.14. See my new bill on the Fios app and it's $208!  I chatted with an online rep who stated they can see my bill is supposed to be $185.14. I then noticed I was not getting rid auto pay and paperless discount. Autopay took my payment June 19. The rep was unwilling to help by stating I have to pay $208 and they cannot credit or fox the autopay issue until next month. I find this unacceptable and ridiculous!  Can someone help and give me suggestions?
