Consumers beware; Billing department please stop sending me out incorrect billing statements.  Since signing up for Verizon my billing statements have been incorrectly billed over 80% of the time in Verizon's favor.

Customers..Check your bills thoroughly.

I'm not sure what the point of this forum is. 

I would love to see management respond to some of these issues sent in.

Is this just a place for people to vent and Verizon really doesn't give a crap?

Ready to cancel..Enough is enough.

I used to be proud to have worked for this Company when we cared about the customers.
