Any update since you filed the BBB complaint? I filed too but I'm still waiting for a response. It seems like that's the only way to get anywhere with this.

What a pathetic joke verizon is. I also have not heard back. I PMed Verizon and one of their joke reps said via chat that "verizon can not honor prior promotions" and "verizon is always seeking to improve."
Disgraceful!

Nilsa-it is almost 6 weeks later and I have not been contacted by verizon. Assuming your message that verizon is looking into this is in fact truthful, when will the issue be resolved?

They gave me excuses to not honor it too. I've been waiting for weeks to hear back from them about putting me back on my previous package. Still no word. I also filed a BBB complaint but I haven't heard back from that either.

I finally got this resolved today after 2 months of trying. Contacting the BBB seems to be the only way to make it happen.
