can't log into FiOS TV Central website - page is missing.

I am trying to log into https://www36.verizon.com/fiostv/web/ but when I enter my credentials I receive the following error:

Not Found

The requested object does not exist on this server. The link you followed is either outdated, inaccurate, or the server has been instructed not to let you have it. Please inform the site administrator of the referring page.

I'm trying to setup the remote DVR app on my iPhone and can't until I can log into this site.

Are you attempting to sign in with your old verizon.com credentials? All accounts have been changed to use the Verizon.net credentials. The same username and password you would use for your verivon.net account such as Email and or webmail.

Not sure if this is your issue, but thought I would ask. The links you provided worked for me. If you are still having difficulty, please use the contact us link at the bottom of this page, and contact Verizon directly.

Grr, **bleep** forum software- I accidently marked your reply as a solution and it's not and I can't change it.

The link I posted works for me too, that main page loads.  But I get the missing page error when I try to login.

I'm using the login that I use for www.myverizon.com- where I see my current bill and what services I'm subscribed to.  This same account also works at www.verizon.net and takes me to the same place as www.myverizon.com.

If the problem was my login it would tell me I'm using an invalid login (which it does if I put in my password incorrectly).  If I put in my correct credentials I get the error page from the server saying the page is missing.

Really, you can't unmark as solved?

That is strange, because I can unmark a thread that I marked as solved.

Go to Edit -> Not Solution
