can't register an account with Order# or telephone or any other option

Recently did a name change for my Fios Account. After the order went through, the rep said i can register an acct using my Order#.
Click on Register on fios website.
enter the Order# and zipcode and accepted agreement...after clicking on submit, it brings me to the login page....
What's my login and password? any one know how i can fix this?
