Was supposed to have cable, internet and phone installed on 8-25. This appt was made 3 weeks ago, explained i need it earlier, and they said was impossible. Then they went on strike. Date had disappeared, and i needed the services because of my work. I got another service almost immediately, now i cannot get anywhere telling Verizon i do not need or want there srvice at this time. On the phone they transfer you from dept to dept. Any suggestions??? The area is Virginia Beach Va. I may want there service in the future, but for now i need to keep what i have for about 6 months...Please advise..Thanks in advance.

Hi! I didn't have much of an issue when contacting Verizon to cancel (I ended up keeping the service for the time being), but the number I called was 800-837-4966. Just make your way to the billing department (at some point I believe its option 4). Explain your situation and try not to get sucked back in to keeping the service. Good luck and hope this helped
