Ever since getting FiOS TV and internet 5 months ago, I have been unable to view my bill or make payments via verizon.net. I have been in contact with phone support 5 times for this issue, with no resolution (after spending 30min to an hour each time I've called, I can't do it anymore). This is really my last hope.
When I try to view my account info, it always says "You currently have a pending order". I assure you, this is not the case as I have been enjoying my service for quite awhile now. I have no problem getting paper bills, but HATE writing a check every month. I simply can't afford to spend another 2 hours on the phone troubleshooting this problem, which seems like it should be a pretty simple one to fix.
Has anyone had this problem and been able to get it resolved? It seems pretty ridiculous that they can't seem to link my account number with my verizon.net account properly.

It happened to me when I first got FiOS, but a quick call to my local Verizon store (not wireless) and they had
a tech go in and fix it for me. Perhaps try calling your local verizon store?

Oh , sorry I meant to also answer your question. In my endless hours of conversations, I was told it can take up to 3 months to get your online account processed. I must say though that Verizon FIOS support has been wonderful here and I was in my online account that night.
