Contract Renewed w/o Consent

I've been entered into a contract w/o my consent!  I've never agreed to renewing my contract as I've not been satisfied w/your services and have been awaiting the expiration of my contract for this reason.  I've spoken w/4 reps (Adrian {edited for privacy}, Stephanie w/the Iowa Ctr, Ivy {edited for privacy}, and MJ {edited for privacy}) and I'm waiting to speak with a supervisor as no one has pulled the recording(s) of me accepting a new contract.  I want the initial contract reinstated and the recent one(s) removed.  I also want to keep the discounts associated with the renewed contract as these discounts were added by supervisors to offset the unprofessional service I'd rec'd.  This is illegal and I want this addressed immediately!
