Has anyone asked verizon to provide the copy of the phonecall where certain things were agreed to?
As usual, what was agreed on the phone is not the reality.
FL law states they must have recorded the call, and I want a copy to prove what was agreed to.
Has anyone made such a request? How did you make the request?
**Chat sessions online achieve nothing because they are simply sales people and cannot do much of anything that isn't selling. and I am tired of waiting on hold on the 800-837-4966 number....**

Unfortunately you can only get it if you are a victim of identity fraud and the call was a part of the fruadulent activity, or in the discovery of a lawsuit.
either way you can't call and get a recording.
