You need to improve customer service and the web site. I've been trying to change my plan and the web site keeps coming up with a" temporary problem" Its been two days! Also, when I check with one of your specials, I get "we don't have FIOS in my area" That's interesting since I've been paying for FIOS for several years! I give your service a D moving rapidly to an F.
