I was sweet talked into Verizon Fios with the assurance that my charges would be lower than Time Warner.  It took me exactly 19 days to become totally disgusted with Verizon and go back to Time Warner.

 

Imagine the shock when I got a bill over $500. for 19 days of service.  I was told that the monthly service was $118.00 and the rest was installation charges.   I was never informed of the exhorbatant charges.   I paid the $118.00 and the balance is sitting on my credit report.  No amount of ranting and raving has done any good.

 

I live in a community senior development with 5000 homes and will be delighted to share my experience with Verizon as well as giving you a little blast on Facebook. 

 

Shame on your whole organization.
