I am just trying to see how many people are out there like me.
Verizon recently installed my FIOS, which I thought was going to be free, however it cost me $54.99, because they had to do something apparently during installation that I was unaware of and was not told I would be charged for. I found it on my bill called up customer service, even talked to a supervisor, who admitted to me that Verizon was in the wrong, but would not do anything for me.
Have you had this experience????

We don't link to see posts like these! I had this sent over to our social media team to see if there indeed is a billing error here that needs to be corrected. Please check your private messages for more information from one of our employees. All employees have a Verizon badge.

I've had FiOS at a previous residence and my current one, and both times the install went swimmingly. What exactly is it that they charged you for?
