 We had a great bundle 1st 2 years service, when we renewed this June, we were told it would not change. Our bill increased $70! I was quoted the wrong price for our bundle, but somehow its my problem to deal with, though it was the agent who lied to me. I called and asked if the phone call was recorded, they convieniently denied it was. Put a complaint in over a week and never even recieved a phone call acknowledging it! I called into Verizon today, was basically given the run around, they told me they could take $5 off if I downgraded our TV package! Really?! Like I said social media loves to hear of things like this, our local news stations air things on the evening news to warn customers of bad customer service, so that willl be just one of my next steps. It's a shame, I've been with Verizon a long time, they used to be very reputable.
