In MD we had a storm come thru on June 30th that knocked out FIOS services for an entire sub division until July 10th. I made the mistake of not calling until July 4th to report the outage. Now Verizon is only giving me credit from July 4th to the July 10th...because that is when I "Reported" the outage. It apparently does not matter when the actual outage occurred....what a poor policy. Typical
