GIFT CARD Not working

Gift card not working. Dealing with COVID-19
 

I ordered 2 gift cards and they were all invalid.  Went to store and it says 0 balance.  I had 25 on both of those card. Store people couldn't help me on this. Any idea?

Contact your states Attorney Generals Office and alert them of this situation.

this agency has power to enforce or investigate and deal with Verizon and other companies who play games with these types of cards.
