The last bill I received was in October and I promptly made the payment. Since then I have not received any bill. I log into my account and it shows as up to date and when I've tried calling or online chatting with a Verizon representative I simply can't get a straight answer. I'm very concerned that I'm being charged and just not being told, but I have no idea how much to pay or how I can get an accurate bill.
Any ideas on what to do?

I'm sorry you are having difficulty. An agent with access to your account will reach out to you directly by email, private message in the Forums and/or the billing telephone number on your Verizon account for more information or to help you resolve your issue.

How do I get to the PM???
Why can't you just call or email me directly? This whole process is incredibly cumbersome and ridiculous

Well, when you receive your bill, be prepared to spend the next 12 months on the phone with verizon.
