How do I get someone to fix an error on the website?
There are 2 ways to view my bill online: "Online Bill" or "Paper Bill". Both are online. In the "Online Bill", there is an itemized list that doesn't add up to the total that they show. The reason it doesn't add up is because the "Online Bill" is missing 2 itemized entries that are in the "Paper Bill".
Can anything be done about this?

Before I posted here, I went to this site:

But, I couldn't find anything for problems with Verizon's website -- other than Registration and Login.
As for this site:
forums.verizon.com
that's how I got here.
I also tried the phone. Got nowhere there.
That's why I came here. If I can't get any help here, then there is no hope for me.

I'm told by customer service that as a rule if there is a balancing issue between the paper and online bill the online bill does not get loaded until the issue is resolved.
Someone from the ecenter has tried to contact you, but is waiting to hear back.
