They installed equipment at my son's house yesterday and now his computer does not work. They also placed a different phone number from my condo on the account and it's going to take days to correct the problem and I don't have an operable land line. Off to a very bad start. Customer service reps lie to you to get you off the phone so I asked to speak to a manager and he never called. Very poor customer service.
