Is the Bundle Pak a SCAM???

 To Whom It May Concern;
 
I have ordered the bundle package and was promised 250 Gift Card. Even better, when I called and placed the order on the phone. the lady at Customer Service offered a 100 extra Gift card for self installation kit, which I did all that.
 
Now 4 months gone by and I have not received what was promised to me. I called today and was told that according to my account. I'm not qualified or to receive any visa gift card as advertised out there.
 
Total disappointment and not sure what to do. I should had listened to people that complained about Verizon on the internet.
 
I'm thinking about returning all the equipment back to Verizon cancel the service.

   Do you have documentation of your offer(s)? I always get an email to confirm any changes.

   If so, take it to your nearest Verizon FiOS store (not wireless) - they are very helpful.
