It's time to get your Visa Prepaid Card from Verizon

Has anybody had success in receiving their Visa prepaid card after signing up for fios in their home? I had service installed in January, and have not received a card in the mail. Also, got an email from Verizon to redeem my offer, and it led me absolutely nowhere.

It's time to get your Verizon Visa® Prepaid Card.*



Great news! Now that your Fios service has been installed for 30 days it's time to redeem your reward.

Follow the instructions below to redeem.

  1. Click on the Redeem now button below and log in using your
    user ID and password.
  2. Click on the reward tile and follow the on-screen instructions
    to register your reward.
