In this day of instantaneous electronic billing, how in the world does it take three days to flip a single database bit in an infinite number of perceived Verizon residential bit buckets to propagate an upgrade service so it becomes available for me to use? Completely ridiculous. And try to look online to see whether the upgrade order has been applied yet,... but the online access to my account is always "temporarily unavailable, try again later". It's just amazing what you can get away with when you're a monopoly.
