Less service but same billing charges

I just tried out the webmail program in this fancy new my verizon and I saw two pieces of mail.

One said they were discontinuing the URGE music service.

The second said they were removing a handful of channels from the TV lineup.

Yet I don't see my bill going down as a result of getting less service. I don't understand, maybe somebody can explain it to me.

You pay for service. You get more service, you pay more, you get less service you pay less. Makes sense to me.

But that doesn't seem to apply here.

Is there a particular reason you felt it necessary to start yet another thread on these two topics which have already been discussed at length on numerous other threads here on the forums?   I would suggest that you use the search option and locate one of those threads and read the wealth of information which others have already offered on these topics and if you have anything new to contribute, do so there.

I will search for you. Urge removed Urge not Verizon. Channel lineups change based on package offerings at different times. Nothing lasts forever.

YES DISCUSSED IN GREAT DETAIL.
