Can somebody tell me how to check my messages through the message center. I sent an email to through one of the automated submission forms and received a reply to check my messages through message center.
I log into my account, click on the link that says "You have 1 new message in your message center" and it just reloads my home page. I've tried 3 different browsers, my iPad - same thing happens on all of them. The home page just reloads.......and I can't respond the email that was sent to me.

Yeah I'm having the same problem! Sent support an email about a billing issue that I have a ticket for and have seen NO ACTION on my overbill and had to pay it! I emailed about it and I get an email saying to log on to verizon.com to retrieve my reply in a confidential format Well **bleep**....I'm logged on and nowhere can I find this message to me. I've spent 30 minutes trying to fnd the stupid message. So annoyed. Why don't they give you a link or better instructions on how to find it. I've tried the "new" message center and there is nothing there. I don't see any reason to log in to my webmail because I get that through POP and would have seen that? Arghhh.

Yes, I also am having trouble finding the Message Center (Your Verizon Message Box). I have spent about 1/2 hr looking through out my Verizon log in a can not find it. Why not just provide the link? Does anyone know how to access your Verizon message box or is it just some line of bull to make you think someone wants to really help you?

Seeing that an Admin replied once but ther was no follow up, I'll jump on here as well. I've searched and found this exact problem going back over a year.
EDIT: Moved out to new thread.

After closing my account 3 months ago, I was billing again. I wanted to know why I was billed so, I used the support via email feature.
Then I get an email with the following:
Please access:
http://www.verizon.com
Sign in to receive or to reply your message.
I don't see any notifications or indications on the website relating to a "message box" and the email notification.
Now with workers on strike for legitimate reasons, I don't have an hour and half during my work day to deal with some {word filter avoidance} that I shouldn't have to deal with in the first place.
FAIL

I do as it suggest, but there is no message. (even though I have two email inquiries) which supposedly have been responsed by verizon. why can't verizon make people's life easier. This is the worst website and support compare to all other companies.
