Yup, there must be a bug with your system, because I have never seen that messages link, despite receiving several messages.

I would upload a screenshot, but your "forums" don't support it.

Could it be that my account has been canceled? Or maybe that I never paid for an email account?

Either way, your site blows. I should be able to access my message center, even if I don't have any messages.

I know this is old, but digging this issue back up is appropriate.

I started another thread back then, but it was deleted.

I have up on the message center, and Verizon support after multiple attempts to get email support to provide me a link or send and email reply direct.  Every time it went to the elusive "message box".

Guess what?  Today, January 18, 2012 I see for the first time, in this new interface, a reply from email supprt from May 2011.  And the email, as long as it is, just referred me off to someone else........although the issue had been corrected back then anyway.  I've been on the site many time in the last few weeks and today is the first time it was visable.

So yes, maybe we do have access to our message inboxes now.
