My account is paperless, has automatic billing with monthly bill alerts. Starting last month my monthly bill alert notices (7 days and 4 days before the billing date) have stopped. Checked all my settings and nothing has changed. Has anyone experienced this issue? Who do you call to resolve the issue. Thanks for any help.
nobody can resolve the issue unless you leave Verizon. I have signed up for automatice payment changed to my master card. Somehow it did not work for I have my internet service stopped for not paying the bill. I did not receive any invoice and I do not enroll "no paper billing" option. I guess we have to keep calling the Verizon billing dept to avoid any late payment charge and most importantly no service interruption later.
