Well, Verizon does it again. They merged accounts and chose the "other" UserID instead of my long time residential userID. Really ticks me off that they didn't ask me. Also, I was told (after being on ignore for 40 minutes) that I can't have my UserID changed to my preference. So I have to always remember to "other" UserID which I had never used since it was setup.
