My online billing info has not been correct for the last 5 months.

I am having a problem with getting verizon reps to understand this issue and ive been passed around . When i log into my acount online i can see my email but when i goto the account section, the data being shown is not correct. It is not my account number and not the amount I owe. Has anyone seen this or know how to fix this. I cant just create a new account online it says one already exists.
