This happens at least once a week. I've been advised the workaround is to use Firefox or Safari, or use my smartphone to view my Account....
I do not accept "Use your phone" as a solution. It seems that VZ spent all their IT resources to redesign the site with the new logo & matching font. I'm sure many of us see that as a higher priority than address the issues trying to access "My Verizon".
The same for reviewing your service / renewing your service... you get put on the 'Round and can enter your login information until the very end of time and it will keep cycling through. I've tried Chrome and IE on W7 and on my iPhone as well. To say Vzw understands web applications would be a gross overstatement.
