I am attempting to re-schedule and satisfy a payment arrangement. Live chat refuses to address billing concerns, and the telephone Financial Services representative I spoke to was unacceptably rude.
I see no way to email a representative directly, and so am requesting that one contact me via the email address associated with my Verizon Residential account to discuss my payment arrangement ASAP.

I appreciate the response. I've yet to receive any contact from a FIOS representative, and certainly hope that happens ASAP before any further action is taken for my account. thanks
