Not receiving discount on FiOS

I signed up for FiOS and applied for Bill Autopay but since December 2019 I have not been receiving the ten dollars off that should be applied to my bill. Why is this the case and who can I contact to get this fixed?

1-800-VERIZON and select billing.

or post the situation at http://www.dslreports.com/vzdirect 

these are real verizon personnel who can assist. Don’t use twitter.
