Old Verizon vs. New Verizon for Payment Processing

Today I processed a payment and selected one account to be pulled from and continued through the transaction to receive my confirmation email saying it was being pulled from another account.  I attempted to cancel this payment in process and there was no way to cancel this online as there was in the Verizon 1.0 version.  I attempted to cancel with someone in your e-center and they are unable to cancel this for me manually.  This is unacceptable and needs immediate attention.  I will no longer be using the automated system to pay bills through My Verizon.  Your errors have cost me much.
