I'm using Windows 7 with IE8 and cannot log into my account to view my statement or pay my bill; had no problem with doing this in Windows XP with IE8. Does verizon.com not work with Windows 7? It would be nice to hear something from a verizon tech who could give a straight answer to this problem, getting tired of the run around whenever I call about this problem.

Works just fine for me. Windows 7 and IE8. t makes extensive use of Javascript -- so make sure you did distable that. Did you try a different browser?
