I have had Verizon service for the last 6 months. For the last 6 months I have been charged for a DVR Box that we do not have. We only have two in our home and were being charged for three. Upon calling Customer Service I was informed that since I did not notice this error (though on their part) earlier, they will only refund me for 3 months. This is definitely unfair and I am highly considering switching back to my old service provider. Thoughts? Suggestions? Ideas?
