Finally had it! Three Verizon accounts takes me 45 minutes to an hour to pay online IF I can get them to work at all! I pay all my bills online and Verizon is the most aggravating and problem plagued of them all. Far too many steps ,far too much time and far to complicated to complete a payment. The "KISS" philosopy simply does not exist. I can imagine the issues experienced by those who are computer challenged! I have requested all three accounts to be placed back on paper billing and I will return to mailing them a check which will only take 3 stamps and 10 minutes to complete at a much lower stress level. The purpose of online paying is convience - MY CONVIENCE. Verizon seems to have lost site of this. You would think that a major corporation would have a little more forethought in the design of their system!
