i am having issues w/trying to contact a live person regarding payment of a bill from my credit union that i found out won't clear until 6/1. i have until tommorrow to pay verizon. i don't have enough money to make a 2nd payment. i can do a screen print to show i have paid but i can't contact a live person. the live chat doesn't help.
Call Verizon at 1-800-verizon and ask for the accounts department.
