Poor Customer Support and Service

I have been trying for over two months to get my employee discount applied in my bill and I have not been able to do it. I would like to know an email address in order to submit a formal complaint. Can somebody help?

Thanks dizney for the link but I already tried this option three times and it gives me a conflict error stating that my login information expired. I tried to fix this with one of the reps from Verizon and they do not what to do but they can't connect me to an associate that could fix my issue and apply my discount to my account that's why I am trying to get a corporate email so I can send a formal complaint.
