I got a regular e-mail telling me I had a secure e-mail with the same diagram shown in Jaime_Lee's post. The problem is---there IS no "New Messages" link on my screen. This had also happened to me before AND to my daughter. So, where are these mystery messages hidden? I was instructed to sign in--I did. Then go to "Account", which I did. Click on Account Profile, which I did. I then got the screen listing all my settings, etc. And there is NO blue link showing I have X amount os new messages. So, the various problems I wrote about are not being addressed since there is secret e-mail I can't find. I have to admit, I seriously doubt this mystery e-mail will do anything in the way of fixing my various problems, but I would still like to at least see what they have to say. And that's impossible!
