Verizon, as a major communications company, your website should not be such a bleeding disaster. I am a brand new customer and this is not going well AT ALL. Trying three computers, five browsers and the app did not work. I have a new customer $50 gift card to apply to my bill and the VERY bored agent on the phone offered to email me access to my gift card in 45 DAYS, at which point I imagine it will be expired. I want this fixed now please.
