I recently ordered/received the triple play package from Verizon via online. I would like to reward the friend that turned me onto Verizon fios etc,. How can I do that? I tired access the share the network program though I have no id # they request just yet. And I called there number at 1-800-331-5576 and no one was there to take my call which I called at 3 pm est.Wednesday when they say there still opened. What gives?

The 'friend' that referred you should be getting a referral reward if the person, did, in fact, submit one. You should check
with the person to be sure. Good luck!
