I've been trying to buy a FIOS bundle for nearly two weeks and all I get is:

"Sorry, we are unable to continue your order at this time. Please contact your local Verizon business office for assistance."

I can log in, view my phone bill, pay my phone bill, change my phone options, but cannot even look at FIOS options, anymore. 

Earlier, I was able to view the products, select a package, save it to the shopping cart, but was never able to return to it, and now just get the "sorry" message. Via email, Verizon customer support, has done nothing except try to sell me a more expensive bundle, and ask me the same questions over and over again. 

This happens on three seperate computers, using Windows XP, Vista, and 7, and two systems- IE-8 and Google Chrome. 

Need help! I want to give Verizon my money!
