Last August (2009) I subscribed to the FIOS Triple Play with Exteme HD and 25 Mbps Internet. At the time I signed what I believe is a 1 year contract with a 2 year price guarantee. This should expire next month (August 2010). At that time I should be able to change my FiOS bundle, correct?
I never use my land line, and don't watch nearly as much television as I used to. Next month will I be able to switch to the double play with Prime HD and 15 Mbps Internet without an early termination fee?

I just did the same thing.
I actually re-uped with Fios but downgraded the TV Package to Prime.
Instead of $119/month, it is now $85/month for the same service - except for my TV package.
Let's see when the bill comes though...
