Unable to request Temporary Pin to view Bill

Hello - I am unable to view my bill or other accounts services as it is requiring me to request a temporary Pin. I have tried many times, many computers and it just sits there with the circle of dots spinning. I have contacted Verizon twice and nobody seems to be able to assist. Any thoughts?
