Verizon billing issues

Possibly the most confusing part of Verizon. In their rush to lure customers they have all sorts of deals and credits which you get the pleasure of managing or watch your bill go up.

This month my DVR credit expires.  I chatted online with Verizon and the guy was unable to help.  I called Verizon customer support and she put me on hold and she said she would call back.  Of course she hasn't.  They tell you that you can do this all of this stuff online and I can't figure out the website or the billing.

So here are the questions that I have:

My DVR credit expires this month.  I will return the DVR and I get a set top box which I have to pay for, I assuming.  Then since I have no credit I was thinking of downgrading my television to Verizon Prime.  If I do that do I lose the Hindi channels that I have paid for (the Hindi Channels).

Its all very very confusing.  I will try the Verizon store and hopefully they can help me.  Why make it so freaking confusing.  I want to stick with Verizon but they make it so very darn difficult.

You must remember that they bill a month in advance.
