How hard is it to find somebody who speaks and understands ENGLISH!!!! I get it if I'm calling from a different country, but I'm in the USA, ENGLISH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He goes on talk for 5 mins. Can't understand a **bleep** thing he says, than says is there anything else I can help you with??? Really???? And why does it take over 2 weeks to get a set top box delivered? After my contract is up, I WILL NOT be renewing!
