WWW22 Bad Request

On most, but not all pages which are located on www22.verizon.com, I am getting the following error message:

 

Bad request

Your browser sent a query this server could not understand.

 

To give you an example, I can't access the support pages on My Verizon.

I occasionally get that also. Not often, but just often enough to be irritating. When it happens, sometimes using the browser Refresh button will work the next time, other times if I click on a different link and then go back and try the original one that failed, it will work. And waiting a few minutes before trying again always seems to work, so it appears to me to be some kind of timing or busy server issue. And as far as I can see from my end there is no pattern to which links fail or when they fail.

 

I am using Firefox 10.0.2. What browser are you using? Have you contacted Verizon to report the problem?
